We are seeking an experienced RN to serve as House Supervisor for 163 skilled nursing care residents and 57 units of assisted living.  This position is responsible to provide support and guidance to our staff in the delivery of high quality care.  There is no assigned case load.  

Interested individuals must possess a current, unencumbered MN RN license; 2-3 years related nursing management experience in LTC, experience in developing complex care practices and a dedication to quality care and excellent customer service.

Director of Clinical Reimbursement

We are seeking a Director of Clinical Reimbursement to manage a highly skilled team of MDS Coordinators and direct the RAI process and MDS completion to ensure accurate reimbursement.  This position will also act as case manager for all insurance covered residents. Qualified candidates must be an RN, with a working knowledge of the MDS/RUG III, PPS, RUG’s, RAI process, an ability to work in collaboration with a strong interdisciplinary team, computer proficiency and excellent verbal and written communication skills.  This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
