We are currently seeking an experienced RN to supervise and provide clinical leadership to the staff of our 24 bed TCU. This exciting position is responsible to ensure the quality of care through strong leadership and the ability to coordinate all aspects of the interdisciplinary care team. Excellent communication skills and customer service focus are required in order to effectively interact with residents and family members.
The successful candidate must possess a current, unencumbered MN RN license and a minimum of two years direct care nursing experience in a long term care TCU/subacute setting. Jones-Harrison has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, dependable NA/R to join our transitional care unit staff. This position is responsible for the delivery of high quality care to our TCU patients Interested candidates must possess current NA/R certification and a minimum of one year of experience in a long term care, (preferably on a TCU or rehab unit) excellent communication skills and a commitment to a high level of customer service.
