The residents of Jones-Harrison’s Assisted Living and Long Term Care have stayed very busy the first half of May. First up was a trip to the James J. Hill House in St. Paul. They got to enjoy a wedding, of which there were many at the house, and is a sensory-based tour for those with memory loss. Next up was a trip to the Minnesota Twins game. Despite the blankets, it was a beautiful Spring Day, and while the sun finally shone on our residents, our mighty Twins went down to defeat that day. Finally, it was time to celebrate Mother’s Day. Many Jones-Harrison family members purchased flowers and chocolates during our Mother’s Day Fundraiser, making it sweet for their loved ones and a sweet gift to the place they call home. And then it was time for cucumber sandwiches and scones for our Mother’s Day Tea. Can’t wait for the rest of May to see what fun we can have with each other! Enjoy the pictures!
