2017 Jones-Harrison Talent Show

What a neat assortment of talent was presented at the Jones-Harrison Annual Talent Show.  Representing the residents, we had amazing artwork from Sadie, an uplifting poem from Ike, Kathy tickled the ivories for us, Carolyn helped out with a unique take on “Let Me Call You Sweetheart” and Prakash presented a wonderful Indian song.  Not to be outdone, we had special vocal offerings from employees Lino from AL Dietary, LTC Therepeutic Rec team members Janna and Stephanie and Chaplain Monica gave us music from Sound of Music and David from IT was assisted by his dino-mite son on some jokes for the folks.  Volunteer Steve serenaded us on guitar as did Gabe, the dad of social worker Kathy.  And last but not least, thank you to Lainie, granddaughter of Arnie, for a moving rendition of “Hallelujuh”.  Everyone so appreciated your sharing of your time and talents with the Jones-Harrison family.

Thanks to the many residents like Kathy who shared their talents during the show.

Family members are encouraged to participate, like Lainie, granddaughter of Arnie, who sat proudly in the audience.

The ladies of Therapeutic Recreation share a song.
